Systems Administrator
Location: North Palm Beach, FL 33408 | Hybrid Remote: In the office 3 days per week or more

6 month contract-to-hire opportunity with a growing healthcare SaaS company.
Responsibilities
- Architecting, designing, engineering, implementing, administering, configuring, supporting, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining enterprise applications within Office 365, Azure, and the Atlassian suite
- Acting as business analyst/project manager working with different departments to understand their needs, gathering and translating their business requirements
- Acting as the go-to person for any new implementations, updates, and/or improvements
- Managing multiple projects keeping stakeholders updated and working on action items and setting deadlines
- Providing usage metrics and analyzing return of investment of enterprise applications
- Working with end users to collect and analyze business requirements and implement solutions
- Providing production support and maintenance for assigned systems
- Ensuring quality by testing solutions for proper operation with minimal defects
- Creating and executing project work plans, revising as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements
- Following change control processes and maintenance plans, ensuring enterprise applications are on the latest updates
- Developing custom applications and API integrations
- Automating repetitive tasks using PowerShell or C# and streamlining processes
- Supporting applications by being on call 24/7
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in Microsoft systems administration for 500 users
- Experience designing, engineering, implementing, configuring, and supporting enterprise applications and building custom applications and APIs with C#
- Ability to automate processes, develop technical specifications, interpret business requirements
- Experience with Active Directory, IIS, DNS
- Experience with database administration, SharePoint Server, SharePoint development, and Azure DevOps
- Experience generating reports using Power BI, Tableau, SSRS, or similar technologies
- Strong experience with Windows Server, Office 365, Azure, SharePoint, and SQL Server
- Scrum Master, PMP, or MCPD Certifications are preferred
Compensation
- $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
