- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and manage project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure project tasks are completed on time.
- Facilitate regular project meetings to track progress, resolve issues, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to reduce project delays or roadblocks.
- Monitor and report on project performance, including milestones and outcomes.
- Maintain thorough documentation of project activities, changes, and decisions.
- Ensure that projects align with company goals, compliance standards, and stakeholder expectations.
- Support change management and team adoption strategies during project implementation.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2 years of experience in project coordination or management roles.
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2) is desirable but not required.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com, or Microsoft Project) is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
