Duties
- Operate food processing equipment and machinery in accordance with FDA regulations, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), and other safety standards.
- Assist in the preparation, packaging, and labeling of food products while adhering to strict quality assurance protocols.
- Monitor production lines to ensure compliance with food safety management systems and quality standards; identify and report any deviations or issues promptly.
- Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and tools to meet sanitation standards and prevent contamination.
- Support inventory management through SAP or similar systems by tracking raw materials, finished goods, and supplies accurately.
- Follow all regulatory/legal compliance standards in production processes to ensure product safety and legal adherence.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to implement continuous improvement strategies that enhance efficiency, safety, and product quality.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in food production or manufacturing management within a food processing plant is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of FDA regulations, HACCP principles, CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), and food safety management systems.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance practices within the food and beverage industry.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for measurements, weights, and inventory tracking.
- Excellent communication skills for managing production or assembly teams effectively.
- Commitment to maintaining safety standards in production environments; experience with sanitation procedures is a plus.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
