Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and hard-working individuals to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily operations on the production floor, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and according to our safety and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- General Production Support: Assist in various stages of the production process to ensure daily targets are met.
- Assembly and Handling: Perform manual assembly, packaging, or sorting tasks as required by the production schedule.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and team members to maintain a steady workflow and efficient production pace.
Requirements & Skills
- Language Skills: Spanish speakers are welcome. English is not required.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and consistent punctuality are essential.
- Teamwork: Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and perform repetitive physical tasks.
