Production Associate – Provo, UT
Full-Time | 4-Day Workweek | $14.50–$20.50/hour | No Experience Required
We are hiring Production Associates for a manufacturing facility in Provo, Utah. No previous production or manufacturing experience is required — we provide training!

Pay
$14.50–$20.50 per hour
- Pay depends on position, experience, and qualifications
- Friday overtime is available and paid at time and a half
Shifts Available
Morning Shift
- Monday–Thursday
- 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
- 40 hours completed in just 4 days
Night Shift
- Monday–Thursday
- 5:00 PM–3:30 AM
- 40 hours completed in just 4 days
Overtime
- Friday overtime is available based on production needs
- Friday hours are paid at 1.5x your regular hourly rate
Job Responsibilities
- Work as part of a production team on a fast-paced line
- Pick and pack products at an assigned station
- Work alongside a team of up to 9 people
- Follow production instructions and procedures
- Maintain quality and accuracy throughout the production process
- Follow all safety guidelines
- Keep your workstation clean and organized
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Maintain a steady pace while meeting production expectations
