About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Business Systems Analyst to partner with Sales stakeholders and technical teams to improve business processes, gather requirements, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions. This role is highly cross functional and requires someone who can translate business needs into functional requirements while supporting Agile delivery.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from business stakeholders
- Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and use cases
- Configure and support Salesforce solutions aligned with Sales business processes
- Partner with cross functional and global teams to drive projects from requirements through delivery
- Create comprehensive documentation, process maps, and test cases as needed
- Recommend enhancements by leveraging existing tools and platforms
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and support iterative solution delivery
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across business and technology teams
- Manage multiple initiatives while maintaining quality and attention to detail
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of Business Systems Analysis experience
- Hands on Salesforce configuration and/or development experience
- Strong understanding of Sales business processes
- Experience gathering business requirements and writing functional documentation
- Experience creating user stories, use cases, and process documentation
- Experience working within Agile environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Gong, Gainsight, NICE WFM, or similar Sales tools
- Experience using JIRA
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience working across global cross functional organizations
Pay Rate
- $58.70 - $69.28/hour
