- Team: Contingent Workforce Program
- The Contingent Workforce Specialist will provide operational support to the Contingent Workforce Program Team. This role will be responsible for managing daily program activities and will partner closely with Adobe internal teams, as well as our managed service provider. In addition to day-to-day support activities, this role will also drive audit processes and support special projects as needed.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Contingent Workforce Program
- Partner with internal stakeholders and the managed service provider to ensure smooth program execution
- Support managers with contingent workforce policies, guidelines, and procedures
- Monitor and approve contingent worker requests
- Serve as the first point of escalation for contingent workforce support issues
- Coordinate contingent worker onboarding and offboarding activities
- Partner with internal teams on quarterly initiatives and special projects
- Maintain and update process documentation
- Communicate process updates and best practices to stakeholders
- Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with program standards
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- 2 to 3 years of contingent workforce, staffing, HR operations, or workforce program administration experience
- Experience working with HCM, VMS, and support systems
- Experience with Workday, VNDLY, and ServiceNow preferred
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Pay Rate: Up to $42.25/hour
