- Our client is seeking a highly capable Business Analyst to support and optimize the Talent Acquisition technology ecosystem, with a primary focus on Workday Recruiting.
- This role goes beyond traditional requirements gathering and testing and will act as a strategic partner to Talent Acquisition Operations to drive system integrity, scalability, and operational excellence.
- Lead discovery and design sessions to translate business needs into actionable requirements
- Perform impact analysis across Workday Recruiting and downstream integrations to ensure scalable solutions and minimize risk
- Lead the end-to-end testing lifecycle including test strategy, plans, scenarios, scripts, and defect management
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Operations to support and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Perform basic configuration within Workday Recruiting including:
- Business process modifications
- Notifications and alerts
- Questionnaires
- Recommend and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort
- Strong experience with Workday Recruiting testing required
- Basic experience with Workday Recruiting configuration required
- Deep understanding of end-to-end recruiting processes and workflows
- Experience with QA/UAT methodologies and defect management
- Ability to perform system impact analysis across integrations and downstream processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage and influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language
- Experience working with HR systems, integrations, and SaaS platforms
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve productivity, documentation, and analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5 to 8 years of experience in HRIS, HR Technology, or Business Systems Analysis roles
- Pay Rate: $55.00 to $57.39 per hour
