Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and user requirements.
- Facilitate meetings between IT and business teams.
- Develop a deep understanding of business processes, systems, and data to support project objectives.
- Lead or participate in business process analysis to identify and define requirements.
- Collaborate with testing teams to ensure test cases align with requirements.
- Create documentation, reports, and support materials as needed.
- Contribute to the Business Analysis Center of Excellence and follow established best practices.
- Partner with stakeholders to define needs for new or enhanced products, services, and processes.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships across teams.
- 3 years of business analysis experience supporting medium-scale projects.
- Bachelor’s degree, college diploma, or equivalent business experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and facilitation abilities.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and business modeling tools (process/workflow modeling).
- Experience writing test cases and test plans.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies preferred.
- Insurance industry experience a plus.
