Position Overview
We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join client's team. In this role, you will support customers throughout their shopping experience, provide product guidance, resolve issues, and help ensure brand delivers exceptional service. Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, live chat, and social media.
- Provide expert product knowledge about our accessories, including materials, sizing, care instructions, and styling suggestions.
- Process orders, exchanges, returns, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
- Troubleshoot order issues such as shipping delays, missing items, or damaged products.
- Represent the brand with professionalism, empathy, and a customer-first mindset.
- Will handle answering main phone and meeting and greeting clients
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or customer interface (retail, etc)
- Customer-oriented attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Positive, patient, and team-focused personality.
