A leading service organization is seeking to grow their Business Development team with a high-impact individual to drive growth across the alternative investment industry. This is a senior sales leadership opportunity for a proven business developer with deep relationships in the hedge fund, Private Equity and Alternative Asset Management space.
You will play a key role in expanding market presence, generating new business opportunities, and partnering with senior leadership to deliver customized fund administration solutions to sophisticated clients.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through close
- Generate new business through industry relationships, referrals, conferences, and strategic networking
- Partner with product specialists and senior leadership to win new mandates
- Develop and deliver compelling RFPs, pitches, and client presentations
- Identify market trends, growth opportunities, and new service offerings
- Build brand awareness across the alternative investment community
- Maintain and manage pipeline activity within CRM systems
- Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and client functions
What We’re Looking For
- 10 years of business development or sales experience within financial services
- Strong knowledge of Private Equity, Hedge Funds and Alternative Investments
- Proven track record of driving consistent revenue growth and winning new mandates
- Established network across fund managers, allocators, and industry intermediaries
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently
- Experience collaborating with senior executives and cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
Salary : $225,000 - $275,000
