Technical Lead - AWS/ETL

• Responsible for leading the design, development, and modernization of cloud-based data and application solutions.
• Provides technical leadership in AWS, ETL pipelines, and Java-based systems while supporting teams in delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

Requirement/Must Have:

• Experience in modernizing legacy applications and migrating to cloud environments.
• Proficiency in AWS services and building enterprise-level data lakes.
• Strong hands-on experience in Java, J2EE, Spring framework, and Hibernate.
• Experience working with relational databases and transactional systems.
• Strong SQL skills including complex queries, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Experience with ETL tools and cloud-based data processing.
• Understanding of data modeling concepts.
• Experience with DevOps practices and automation tools.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.

Experience:

• Experience in designing and developing cloud-native applications.
• Experience in building and maintaining ETL pipelines.
• Experience in data validation and data integrity processes.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.

• Design, develop, and test Java-based, cloud-native applications and backend systems.
• Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines.
• Analyze data models and business requirements.
• Perform data validation and ensure data integrity through database queries.
• Assist in designing and executing test cases and validating backend logic.
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Utilize AWS services within application architecture.
• Support development, testing, debugging, and timely delivery of solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce security and coding best practices.
• Monitor application performance and optimize for cost, security, and reliability.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges.
• Ensure compliance with standards and best practices.
• Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
