Job Description:
Pay Range: $61hr - $67hr
- We are seeking an experienced Mobile Architect specializing in iOS and Android development.
- The role requires expertise in React Native or Flutter, mobile architecture patterns such as MVVM and Clean Architecture, API and microservices integration, mobile CI/CD, cloud platforms, mobile security including OAuth and biometrics, performance optimization, UX understanding, architecture assessment, roadmap planning, cross-team collaboration, and technical leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of scalable, modular, and high-performance React Native or Flutter applications.
- Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, and backend teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Develop and review iOS and Android applications.
- Define and enforce UI coding standards, best practices, and performance optimization guidelines.
- Conduct regular code reviews and provide technical mentorship.
- Guide engineering teams on architectural direction.
- Drive UI performance improvements using techniques such as lazy loading, code splitting, and change detection tuning.
- Evaluate new UI frameworks, libraries, and tools and build proofs of concept to support architectural decisions.
- Partner with DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines, build processes, and deployment strategies for front-end applications.
Experience:
- Extensive front-end development experience with expert-level proficiency in iOS and Android application development.
- Strong experience designing scalable UI architectures, micro frontends, and enterprise front-end ecosystems.
- Hands-on expertise with mobile architecture patterns such as MVVM and Clean Architecture.
- Deep understanding of React Native or Flutter, responsive design, and cross-platform compatibility.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, API contract design, and integration best practices.
- Proven ability to optimize application performance, including bundle optimization, caching, and change detection strategies.
