Job Description:
Pay Range: $61hr - $67hr
- We are seeking an experienced Integration Architect with expertise in API design and management.
- The role requires knowledge of event-driven architecture, BFF patterns, microservices, system orchestration, cloud integration, core banking interfaces, security and resiliency best practices, scalability planning, non-functional requirement definition, dependency and risk assessment, integration governance, architecture documentation, and cross-team collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of scalable, modular, and high-performance applications.
- Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, and backend teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and performance optimization guidelines.
- Conduct regular code reviews and provide technical mentorship.
- Guide engineering teams on architectural direction.
- Drive performance improvements using techniques such as lazy loading, code splitting, and change detection tuning.
- Evaluate new frameworks, libraries, and tools and build proofs of concept to support architectural decisions.
- Partner with DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines, build processes, and deployment strategies for applications.
Experience:
- Extensive development experience with expert-level proficiency in API design and management, event-driven architecture, BFF patterns, microservices, system orchestration, and cloud integration.
- Strong experience designing scalable architectures, micro frontends, and enterprise front-end ecosystems.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, API contract design, and integration best practices.
- Proven ability to optimize application performance, including bundle optimization, caching, and change detection strategies.
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks.
