Based in the Pacific Northwest, we provide a range of services, including construction management, design-build, general contracting, and pre-development. We are relationship-based and uphold a reputation for excellence, efficiency, and value in everything we do. We are seeking a VDC Manager to join our team to work on our Multifamily and podium projects.
What You Will Be Doing
- Head up the VDC Team
- Develop an effective VDC strategy
- Collaborate with project delivery partners to define clear roles of project
- Oversee & make decisions related to BIM model
- Operate 3D & 2D modeling software
- Oversee BIM related close-out process
- Produce turnover model
What You Need for this Position
- 2 years of related experience
- 4 year degree in Construction or Engineering is a plus
- Good interpersonal skills, desire to learn
- Demonstrate leadership skills
- Work effectively within a team
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
