Job Title: Superintendent (Traveling)
Job Location: Traveling 
Salary: $130k-$140k  Vehicle Allowance Per diem bonus Benefits 
Requirements: 5 Years Experience as Construction Superintendent Experience on Commercial projects such as retail, Restaurants, Hotels, fuel stations, etc. Ground-up experience is preferred

We are a well-established 250-person General Contractor with a focus on commercial projects. We have a wide range of projects across Commercial, retail, Banks, restaurants, fuel stations, etc. We have a strong backlog of work and are hiring for several traveling Superintendent.

What You Will Be Doing

• Oversee and manage daily field operations, subcontractors, etc.
• Manage the team in evaluating project scope, site logistics, ensuring safety standards are met, etc.
• Monitor construction progress
• Maintain a good client/customer relationship throughout the project

What You Need for this Position

• 6 years experience as a Superintendent
• Ground-up commercial projects related to any of the following: Commercial / Retail / Restaurants / Hotels / Fuel Stations / etc.
• Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated
