Key Responsibilities
- Travel to client sites to perform installations, repairs, and maintenance on various equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with PLC, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Provide training and support to clients on the operation and maintenance of equipment.
- Maintain accurate documentation of service visits and equipment status.
- Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.
- Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of PLC systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours.
