These individuals will be responsible for an assigned portion of the project including site management of field labor, pre-planning and coordination of the scope of work required to install a quality product in compliance with the contract documents and all applicable goals. What You Will Be Doing
- Ensuring schedule completion of projects within established budget, time and quality standards, performance and customer satisfaction
- Manage crews
- Instruct, implement and enforce the company safety program and site specific safety requirements with a zero tolerance to incidents
- Possess a complete and comprehensive understanding of the project requirements, specifications and scheduling needs
- Accurately submitting daily/weekly reporting and four-week look ahead schedule
- 3 years of managing electrical construction crews required
- Manage project field crews and ensure safety on jobsite
- Ability to effectively communicate with all personnel, clients, customers and architects
- Familiarity with computers and ability to learn new software
- Previous experience with project documenting and record keeping
- 100-145k (depending on experience) Per diem
