Key Responsibilities
- Repair and maintain plastic injection molding tools and equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with injection molding processes
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Perform quality control checks on tools and molded products
- Conduct routine maintenance on injection molding equipment
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize tool performance and efficiency
- Document repair processes and maintain accurate records of work performed
- Proven experience as a Toolmaker in plastic injection molding
- Strong knowledge of machining processes and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience with quality control processes in manufacturing
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with maintenance procedures for injection molding equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
