Location: LaMarque, TX - Gulf Coast Region Travel
Base Salary: $65k-$75k Commission Car Allowance
Requirements: Experience in Technical Industrial Sales or Industrial Plant Operations, Previous Exposure to Machining, Fabricaion, or Petrochemical Industry, Valid Drivers License, Sales Presentations, Business Developement
Hours: M-F 7:30am-4:30pm
Travel: 50% mostly within 1-2 hours from office | 50% within 2-4 hours from office

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Salesperson to join our team in the industrial manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by leveraging their technical expertise and understanding of customer needs. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and providing effective solutions to clients in the industrial manufacturing landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the industrial manufacturing sector.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our offerings.
- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and solutions.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and product development.
- Prepare and submit sales proposals and quotes in a timely manner.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to achieve optimal outcomes for both parties.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote our products and network with potential customers.
Qualifications
- 1 years proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the industrial manufacturing/fabrication experience industry.
- Understanding of fabrication processes and engineering principles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively present products and solutions to clients.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with the petrochemical industry and industrial sales is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field is preferred but not required
