Location: Pittsburgh, PA (hybrid flexibility)
Base Salary Range: $105k-$135k (DOE) bonus benefits

Due to our growth we are looking for an experienced Tax Manager to come join our growing team.
Requirements include having an active CPA (or EA), 6 years of Public accounting experience, at least 4 year of review experience, and having shown solid tenure in your last role. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the preparation of tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships.
- Provide strategic tax planning and consulting services to clients.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local tax regulations.
- Review and approve tax filings and related documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff members, fostering their professional development.
- Conduct technical reviews of tax returns and other filings to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on tax matters.
- Assist in business development efforts by identifying tax service opportunities for clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license, JD, MBA or EA designation is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on tax.
- Experience in tax planning and compliance for various entities.
- Strong understanding of tax software and technology.
- Previous experience managing a team, mentoring staff, supervisory and mentoring skills.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships effectively and develop new client relationships through networking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
