Tax Manager

We are a full-service CPA and business advisory firm based in Indianapolis, Indiana. The firm provides tax, audit, accounting, valuation, litigation support, and consulting services to privately held businesses, individuals, and organizations across a wide range of industries. We aere seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join its growing tax team in Indianapolis.

Responsibilities

-Manage and review complex individual, partnership, S-corp, C-corp, trust, and nonprofit tax returns
-Lead tax planning and consulting engagements for closely held businesses and high-net-worth individuals
-Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying opportunities for tax savings and business improvement
-Supervise, train, and mentor tax staff and seniors
-Manage client relationships, deadlines, budgets, and engagement workflow
-Research tax issues and communicate findings clearly to clients and team members
-Support firm growth through excellent client service and proactive advisory work

Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; Master's in Taxation preferred
-CPA required or strongly preferred
-5 years of public accounting tax experience
-Strong technical tax knowledge and review experience
-Experience managing client relationships and supervising staff
-Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
-Ability to thrive in a collaborative, client-focused firm environment
