Location: North Carolina (Hybrid or Remote Considered)
Salary: Competitive base plus bonus, PTO, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision, 401k with match

What You Will Do

You will manage and review business and individual tax engagements while serving as a primary advisor to assigned clients. The role includes leading tax planning conversations, identifying opportunities to reduce tax liability, and translating complex tax concepts into practical guidance. You will work closely with firm leadership, mentor team members, and play a key role in delivering high quality advisory focused tax services.

What We Are Looking For

Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field
Active CPA required
5 plus years of experience in public accounting tax
Strong background in business tax and tax planning
Comfort working directly with business owners and advisors
Ability to manage engagements, priorities, and client expectations
Collaborative mindset with interest in advisory and leadership growth
