What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tax Manager - Partner Track position at CyberCoders?
We are a local full service CPA with several locations in CT and looking for an Experienced Tax Manager/ Sr Tax Manager to help grow our Stamford office.

What You Will Be Doing
Oversee the client experience including deadline management and client expectations
calculate tax effects of transactions, conduct technical tax research and manager tax partner expectations
handle billing/wip management
review returns and manage tax workflow
coordinate multiple team engagements, deadlines and schedules
Help develop Senior and Staff accountants both technically and professionally
build strong relationships and interact regularly with clients
Responsible for strategy and growth of the firm's tax services, including identifying market trends, anticipating opportunities, and developing go-to-market strategies/plans
Serve and build relationships with clients, monitoring client service and value proposition, acting as trusted advisor to ensure we are a premium provider
What You Need for this Position
At least 10 years in public accounting with an emphasis in taxation
Ideally already in the senior manager position, but experienced Tax Managers are encouraged to apply
Experienced with both Individual and Business tax
HNWI experience is REQUIRED
Other Gift/Trust/Estate experience is a PLUS
Proven experience managing teams/engagements
Experience with business development is a HUGE PLUS
CPA license
M.S. in Taxation is preferred
