Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Superintendent to oversee our electrical construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and possess excellent leadership skills to coordinate various teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of construction projects and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate and supervise construction trades and subcontractors to ensure work is completed according to specifications.
• Schedule and monitor project timelines, ensuring milestones are achieved and addressing any delays promptly.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained and safety protocols are followed.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Electrical Superintendent in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and interact with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word for project reporting and documentation.
• Nice to have: experience with permitting processes, and familiarity with NEC guidelines.
• Strong electrical construction experience
• Hold a Journeyman or Master License in relevant trades is a plus.
