Position Overview
Top ENR New England general contractor is looking for multiple experienced Superintendents in CT and RI to oversee all phases of commercial construction projects. This role involves coordinating and managing the construction site, supervising staff, and liaising with clients and subcontractors to deliver successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines.
• Manage subcontractors and labor force, ensuring they adhere to safety regulations and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.

Qualifications

• 3 years of proven experience as a Superintendent at a commercial general contractor
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, labor management and relevant regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam or similar 
• BS in Construction Management or similar preferred or relevant field experience

Base salary $95,000-165,00/year depending on experience
