Salary Rate: $70,000 - $150,000

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled, experienced Superintendent & Assistant Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from inception through completion. The ideal candidate will have experience building multi-family or student housing projects. If that sounds like you, please apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily field operations, including subcontractor supervision, logistics, deliveries, and workflow coordination.
• Execute and manage short-term and long-range schedules; anticipate constraints and resolve conflicts early.
• Coordinate all inspections and ensure full compliance with plans, specifications, and safety requirements.
• Enforce a strict safety-first culture through daily planning, OSHA compliance, and corrective actions.
• Maintain high-quality standards through mockups, consistent unit execution, and early deficiency correction.
• Supervise and mentor Assistant Superintendents and Field Engineers; set clear expectations and drive accountability.
• Lead daily huddles, foremen meetings, and trade coordination to maintain productivity and prevent conflicts.
• Serve as primary field liaison with Owners, Architects, Engineers, Inspectors, and Property Management.
• Support preconstruction with constructability input, logistics planning, and schedule development.
• Maintain accurate field documentation in Procore, including daily reports, photos, RFIs, as-builts, and look-aheads.
• Track manpower, productivity, and site logistics needs to support the schedule and workflow.
• Oversee punch lists, phased unit turnovers, and final closeout, ensuring complete turnover packages and training.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite and drive subcontractor accountability and performance.

Qualifications:

• Multifamily or Student Housing construction experience required.
• 1 years of field leadership on Multifamily or Student Housing projects.
• Proven success in managing unit-based schedules and high-volume trade workflows.
• Strong knowledge of framing, MEP rough-ins, drywall, finishes, and building envelope systems.
• Proficient in at least two of the following: Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and MS Office.
• OSHA 30 required; NPDES Blue Card and Procore certifications preferred or obtained during onboarding.
• Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
