Position Summary
The Multifamily Superintendent is responsible for day to day field supervision of multifamily construction projects. This individual will coordinate subcontractors manage schedules ensure workmanship quality and uphold safety compliance from project start through completion.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all on site construction activities for multifamily projects
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors vendors and trade partners
Maintain project schedules and drive progress to meet milestones
Ensure work is performed according to plans specifications and quality standards
Enforce job site safety policies and OSHA compliance
Conduct daily site walks inspections and progress reporting
Collaborate with project managers ownership and inspectors
Manage site logistics materials and overall site organization
Lead punch list completion and final project turnover
Qualifications
Five or more years of experience as a superintendent on multifamily or large scale residential projects
Strong knowledge of construction means and methods building codes and inspections
Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and deadlines
Excellent leadership communication and problem solving skills
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Comfort using construction technology scheduling and reporting tools
Valid drivers license and ability to work on site full time
