Specialized Airside Construction Firm Seeking Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent - Greensboro, NC
The largest and most experienced specialty airside construction firm in the U.S. is seeking a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent to join their team in Greensboro, NC. This individual will bring proven field leadership on larger aviation construction programs, ideally in a CM at-Risk, Design-Build, or prime General Contractor capacity managing significant subcontractor scope. Aviation experience in that delivery capacity is required.

Qualifications:
Aviation construction experience required, with demonstrated field leadership on larger programs
Prior experience on CM at-Risk, Design-Build, or prime GC projects strongly preferred
Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors across large, complex scopes of work
OSHA 30 certification preferred
Strong command of construction safety, scheduling, and quality control in active airport environments

Responsibilities:
Overseeing day-to-day field operations on aviation construction projects
Managing subcontractors, crews, and site safety compliance across large program scopes
Coordinating with project managers to maintain schedule and budget targets
Conducting daily site inspections and maintaining detailed field documentation
Ensuring quality control and adherence to project specifications throughout construction
