Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate and collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
- Resolve issues and conflicts that may arise during construction.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules and reports.
- Communicate effectively with the project team and clients regarding project status and updates.
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems.
- Experience with electrical installations and inspections.
- Ability to travel to various job sites as required.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred.
