Sr. Product Marketing Manager

CyberCoders
Malibu, CA Full Time
POSTED ON 4/17/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 5/15/2026

**Senior Product Marketing Manager**
**Remote (U.S. preferred)**

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager who excels at turning product functionality into clear, compelling customer value stories.

You will own the complete go-to-market motion for features - from initial positioning through launch campaigns, sales & customer success enablement, in-product messaging, content creation, and post-launch adoption measurement and optimization.

This is a high-ownership, cross-functional role that sits at the center of product, marketing, sales, and customer success. You will work in a small, fast-moving team that prizes clear thinking, quick execution, and visible business impact.

Core responsibilities

- Develop and continuously refine crisp, differentiated product positioning and messaging frameworks that highlight customer value over feature lists
- Lead full go-to-market execution for new feature releases and major product updates - including planning, messaging, multi-channel campaigns, and success measurement
- Create and maintain high-quality sales enablement collateral: battlecards, competitive matrices, objection handlers, one-pagers, demo scripts, and presentation materials
- Produce customer-facing content across multiple formats and channels: website copy, blog articles, case studies, video scripts, interactive product tours, in-app messaging, Help Center articles
- Partner closely with Product Management to shape launch timing, naming, sequencing, and supporting materials
- Work daily with Sales and Customer Success teams to equip them with the resources, training, and talking points needed to communicate value and drive usage
- Use product analytics (primarily Pendo) to deeply understand real user behavior, identify adoption gaps, surface upsell / expansion opportunities, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and guide future priorities
- Perform ongoing competitive analysis; maintain living competitive intelligence and positioning assets
- Contribute to broader demand-generation efforts when features are central to the narrative (webinars, nurture sequences, paid ads messaging, etc.)
- Present directly to customers and prospects (webinars, events, demos) and bring field-learned insights back into positioning and product feedback loops
- Define and track meaningful KPIs related to feature awareness, activation, time-to-value, and sustained usage; regularly report progress and recommend action

Experience & capabilities we value

- 7-10 years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS (ideally with multiple successful feature / module launches)
- Proven history of meaningfully increasing feature adoption and usage - we expect you to come prepared with 2-3 specific examples and the metrics that moved
- Strong instinct for customer-benefit-first messaging ("so what" / "what's in it for me") rather than feature-heavy descriptions
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining competitive battlecards, win/loss analysis, and positioning against direct competitors
- Demonstrated ability to create high-quality, on-brand content across many formats (long-form, short-form, technical, emotional, instructional)
- Comfortable working with product usage / behavioral analytics platforms (Pendo experience strongly preferred)
- Previous exposure to HubSpot (or comparable modern CRM/marketing automation stack)
- Regular, practical usage of AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, analysis, and content iteration
- Data-literate and comfortable turning quantitative insights into concrete recommendations and priorities
- Track record of thriving in small, remote, high-autonomy teams with limited process overhead
- Excellent written and verbal communication - you can adapt tone and depth appropriately for executives, practitioners, technical buyers, and end users
- Self-directed working style: you identify what needs to be done, propose approaches, and drive execution with minimal hand-holding
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or legal-tech domain experience considered a plus

What we offer

- Competitive base salary meaningful performance bonus
- Full medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and dependents
- 401(k) with company contribution
- $1,000 annual continuing education / professional development budget
- $1,000 annual wellness stipend
- Generous paid time off paid holidays family leave
- 100% remote work (with occasional travel for important team events, customer meetings, or industry conferences)
- Strong emphasis on reasonable working hours and sustainable work-life integration (typical expectation is ~40 focused hours/week)

If you love distilling complex functionality into simple, powerful customer stories - and you have the data orientation, writing craft, and cross-functional influence skills to turn those stories into measurable adoption - we'd like to speak with you.
