Job Title: Sr. Account Executive, Software Sales
Location: Remote
Pay: $100K-130K base uncapped commission

Position Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Senior Account Executive to join our software sales team and drive new business and expansion in the B2B SaaS market. The ideal candidate will own the full sales cycle, build strong relationships with enterprise buyers, and consistently exceed revenue targets by positioning our software solutions to solve customer challenges. This role combines strategic prospecting, consultative selling, and collaborative account management to accelerate company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for mid-market and enterprise accounts, consistently achieving and exceeding quota.
- Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to generate pipeline through cold outreach, referrals, and partnerships.
- Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations that articulate the business value and ROI of our SaaS solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and cross-functional stakeholders to drive deal momentum and long-term customer success.
- Negotiate commercial terms, close deals, and manage contract execution with support from legal and finance teams.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to refine messaging, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure smooth handoffs post-sale.
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in the CRM to ensure reliable forecasting and reporting.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform sales strategy and product feedback.
Qualifications
- 3 years of software sales experience with a proven track record of closing B2B SaaS deals, preferably in mid-market or enterprise segments.
- Demonstrated quota attainment and experience managing a complex sales cycle with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to uncover customer pain points and position technical solutions in business terms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with experience delivering product demos to executive-level audiences.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment while collaborating effectively across teams.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
