Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review closing documents for real estate transactions.
- Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, and clients to ensure a smooth closing process.
- Conduct post-closing audits to verify the accuracy of documents and compliance with regulations.
- Utilize software tools such as Softpro and Simplifile for document preparation and filing.
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients throughout the closing process.
- Proven experience as a Settlement Officer or in a similar closing role.
- Knowledge of title processing and closing procedures.
- Familiarity with Softpro and Simplifile software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
