Location: Scottsdale or Chandler, AZ (Hybrid)

Salary: Competitive base plus bonus, 4 to 6 weeks PTO depending on level, comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401k with firm contribution

Requirements:
10 plus years of public accounting tax experience
CPA required

What You Will Do

You will manage and review tax engagements for individuals, partnerships, and closely held businesses while serving as a primary point of contact for clients. The role includes supervising and mentoring staff, performing tax research, and helping clients understand tax implications within their businesses. You will collaborate with partners and client service teams to deliver practical guidance and high quality work.

What We Are Looking For

Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field
Active CPA or EA required
10 years of experience in public accounting
Experience reviewing tax returns for businesses, individuals, partnerships, trusts &estates, and more 
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
Commitment to client service and team development
