WHAT YOU BRING

• Technical DNA: A Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Physics.

• Legal Credentials: A J.D. from an accredited law school and USPTO Registration (Patent Bar) in good standing.

• Experience: 4 to 8 years of sophisticated patent prosecution experience in a large firm or elite IP boutique.

• The "Entrepreneur" Spirit: We love candidates who have a business mindset. If you have ever co-founded a company or worked as a Patent Examiner, you are at the top of our list.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Draft and prosecute 500 level complex U.S. and international patent applications.

• Conduct high-level inventor interviews and provide strategic counseling on patentability and infringement.

• Lead "Freedom to Operate" (FTO) and landscape analyses for emerging technologies.

• Mentor junior staff and collaborate with the Litigation team on technical disputes.

COMPENSATION

• Competitive Base Salary: 150,000 to 275,000 USD (Commensurate with seniority and portable book).
