The Role

We are hiring a Senior Network Engineer to take a lead role in designing, supporting, and optimizing complex network environments. This is a hands-on position for an experienced engineer with deep expertise in Cisco Meraki and Aruba who enjoys client-facing work and solving advanced network challenges.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and support enterprise network solutions with a focus on Meraki and Aruba
• Troubleshoot advanced LAN, WAN, wireless, and security issues
• Lead network implementations, upgrades, and migrations
• Serve as a senior escalation point and technical resource
• Document network configurations, standards, and best practices
• Work directly with clients to assess needs and recommend solutions

Requirements

• 5 plus years of network engineering experience (enterprise or MSP preferred)
• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki and Aruba (wired and wireless)
• Solid knowledge of routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, and network security
• Comfortable in a client-facing, consultative environment
• Relevant certifications preferred (Cisco, Aruba, or similar)
