We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Project Manager who thrives on technical challenges and refuses to let any detail fall through the cracks.

In this role, you will take full ownership of projects from initial scoping to final completion. We value a meticulous approach-someone who ensures every design is precise and every constraint is navigated strategically. You will lead a team of experts while maintaining the agility to pivot and reprioritize as complex project needs evolve.

Your Impact

• Technical Ownership: Lead the design and construction administration for diverse mechanical systems, with a heavy focus on HVAC, central plants, and cleanrooms.

• Specialized Design: Oversee the development of industrial ventilation, process piping, and fire protection systems for both government and private sector clients.

• Team Leadership: Act as a mentor to junior staff, overseeing their technical growth and ensuring the adequacy of all engineering deliverables.

• Strategic Problem-Solving: Navigate regulatory and code requirements while overcoming design hurdles to keep high-stakes renovations and new constructions on schedule.

What You Bring to the Team

• Experience: At least 10 years of progressive experience in mechanical system design, including expertise in specialty systems and process piping.

• Credentials: A Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent professional experience.

• Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in building mechanical systems, including a strong understanding of current codes and NFPA standards.

• Leadership Style: A self-motivated professional with strong decision-management skills and the ability to mentor mid-level and junior engineers.
