Title: Senior Litigation Attorney

Location: Santa Rosa, CA (Hybrid)

Salary: $175k-$225k/yr DOE
 

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney to represent our clients in court and handle all phases of litigation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of trial procedures and the ability to effectively advocate for our clients' interests in a courtroom setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in court during trials, hearings, and other legal proceedings.
• Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Develop trial strategies and present cases to judges and juries.
• Negotiate settlements and engage in alternative dispute resolution when appropriate.
• Manage and oversee case files from inception to conclusion, ensuring compliance with all legal regulations.
• Collaborate with clients and other legal professionals to build strong cases.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on trial work.
• Experience as 1st chair in at least several jury trials.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Exceptional oral advocacy and negotiation skills.
