Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Planner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of financial planning principles and strategies, along with a strong commitment to helping clients achieve their financial goals. This position is essential in providing comprehensive financial advice, developing tailored financial plans, and ensuring clients are well-informed about their financial options.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans for clients based on their unique financial situations and goals.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial health including investments, taxes, insurance, and estate planning.
• Provide ongoing advice and support to clients, adjusting financial plans as necessary to respond to changes in the clients' lives or financial markets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated financial solutions that meet client needs.
• Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and financial planning best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high net worth clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation is ideal.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Preferred: Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and/or relevant FINRA licenses (Series 7, 63, 24, 65, 66).
• Experience in investment management and working with high net worth individuals is a plus.
