Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the estimating process for commercial roofing projects, ensuring accurate and competitive bids. This role requires a deep understanding of construction processes, roofing systems, and pricing strategies to deliver high-quality estimates that align with project goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Review project plans and specifications to prepare accurate estimates for commercial roofing projects.
• Conduct thorough site visits to assess project requirements and gather necessary information for bidding.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain pricing and ensure project feasibility.
• Analyze historical data and market trends to develop accurate cost forecasts and pricing strategies.
• Prepare and present detailed bid proposals to clients, highlighting key project elements and value propositions.
• Maintain and update estimating databases and tools to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the estimating process.
• Assist in the development of project schedules and budgets in collaboration with project teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in estimating, with a focus on commercial roofing projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations specific to roofing.
• Proficient in estimating software and tools, with the ability to produce accurate and detailed estimates.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure precision in bids.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
