Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage civil engineering projects from conception to completion.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project staff.
- Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance and satisfaction.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies, utilizing advanced engineering principles and practices.
- Prepare and review engineering reports, designs, and documentation.
- Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for design and drafting purposes when necessary.
- Implement best practices in environmental engineering to enhance project sustainability.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on project management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in environmental engineering is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
