We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to manage our territory in Arkansas, Oklahoma, and North Texas. This role is essential in driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products to our clients in the construction and utilities sectors.

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to manage and grow our presence in the waterworks and industrial/construction type industry. Whether you are a high-achieving recent college graduate with a technical mindset or a seasoned sales professional of experience, we provide the tools, training, and "playbook" to ensure your success.
World-Class Training & OnboardingWe invest heavily in our people so you never feel "thrown to the wolves." Your first few months will include:
A Detailed Playbook: A clear roadmap with 30-180 day progress charts and training milestones.
Hands-On Learning: 4-6 weeks of intensive training, including a week at our Ohio facility and shadowing top sales reps.
Gradual Independence: You will work closely with mentors for 4-5 months until you are confident and fully prepared to manage your territory.
Relationship Building: Move beyond cold calling. You will manage a warm list of 300-400 contacts, focusing on water departments and consulting engineers.
Challenger Sales: Engage customers with insight-driven conversations, focusing on product quality rather than price-cutting.
Lunch and Learns: Utilize your "moxy" and presentation skills to host educational sessions for captive audiences of engineers.
Market Presence: Conduct 4-5 meetings per day in major cities and represent the company at industry trade shows.
Digital Advocacy: Contribute to the industry by creating powerful marketing content, blogs, and videos showcasing why our products outperform the competition.
Experience: Bachelor's Degree (Business, Engineering, or Communications preferred) OR 10 years of utility/construction experience. We are open to training energetic recent grads with strong grades and a great work ethic.
Technical Aptitude: A background or passion for waterworks, industrial piping, or construction is highly preferred.
Travel: Ability to travel 50-65% of the time, including 2-3 nights per week of overnight stays.
Communication: Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to build "speed of trust" with engineers and purchasing contacts.
Tools: Proficient in MS Office and Salesforce.
Compliance: Valid Driver's License and a clean motor vehicle report are required.
Base Salary: $75K for fresh grads; up to $110K-$120K for those who tick every box.
Commission: Additional $4K-$6K annually through specialized product incentives (paid every February).
Support: Expense accounts for client entertainment and a company gas card.
Independence: Manage your own home-based office with minimal supervision once fully trained.
