Position Overview
We are a leading contract manufacturer now seeking a skilled Supply Chain Planner for our office in Port Washington, WI. The Sales Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales projects from inception to completion in the manufacturing sector. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project execution while meeting customer expectations and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage sales projects within the manufacturing industry.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop project proposals and customer quotations.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers to gather specifications and requirements for projects.
• Analyze labor rates and pricing structures to ensure competitive offers.
• Assist in preparing and presenting proposals for Request for Proposals (RFP) processes.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges that arise.
• Provide support in sourcing raw materials as needed for projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in sales and project management within the manufacturing sector.
• Strong understanding of customer relations and sales strategies.
• Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with quoting, pricing, and proposal preparation.
• Knowledge of raw materials and manufacturing processes is a plus.
