REMOTE Sr. Field Applications Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Sr. Field Applications Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be the technical liaison between our customers and the engineering team, providing expertise in CPU architectures and applications. You will be responsible for driving pre-sales activities, demonstrating the value of our products, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the entire project lifecycle. * Must be able to work PST & EST hours *

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical contact for customers, addressing their needs and providing support throughout the pre-sales and post-sales process.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and capabilities of our CPU architectures, including RISC-V, x-86, DSP, and ARM.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute strategies for acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts.
• Provide technical guidance and support during the design and integration of our products into customer systems.
• Assist in the development of technical documentation, application notes, and white papers to support customers and enhance product understanding.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in CPU architectures, VLIW, superscalar, and SIMD technologies.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• 5 years of experience as a Field Applications Engineer or in a similar technical role.
• Strong knowledge and experience with CPU architectures, including RISC-V, x-86, DSP, ARM, VLIW, superscalar, and SIMD technologies.
• Proven track record of success in pre-sales activities and customer engagement.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on experience with software development and debugging tools, as well as familiarity with relevant programming languages.
