Our software integrates with leading FinTech brands. It enables them to manage their book of business, streamline their workflow, and grow their practice.
We just closed our Series B for $30MM, have been in business since 2012, and have 52 employees.
We are REMOTE first and our team is distributed throughout the country.
Due to growth, we are actively hiring a Remote IT Support Specialist with the following experience:
We do have some special projects and security-related work, but it's a smaller portion of the position.
For that reason, experience with SOC, SOC 2, or Vanta, is a huge plus!
Also - we're big on promoting people from within.
We have several employees that have started their career in similar positions and have been promoted into other positions.

- Occasionally help on special security projects using SOC, SOC 2, and Vanta
- SaaS experience strongly preferred
