As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of commercial construction projects from start to finish. You will coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure clear communication, accurate scheduling, and disciplined budget management. Your responsibilities include tracking progress, solving on-site challenges, maintaining safety and quality standards, and keeping all stakeholders aligned so each project is delivered efficiently, on time, and to a high professional standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate and manage project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met
- Monitor project progress and performance, implementing changes as necessary to stay on track
- Conduct regular project meetings to provide updates and address any issues that arise
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably with big box projects
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
