We are seeking a talented Project Manager specializing in multifamily projects to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction and renovation projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while managing teams and client relationships effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and implementation of multifamily construction and renovation projects
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the execution of projects
- Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and management
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, including OSHA guidelines
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the multifamily construction sector
- Strong understanding of construction processes and project management methodologies
- Proficiency in project management tools, including Microsoft Project
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Salary Range: $110,000-$150,000 DOE
