MEP Project Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled MEP Project Manager to lead our mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all MEP systems are designed, installed, and maintained in accordance with project specifications, budget, and timeline, while also identifying opportunities for business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee MEP projects from conception to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project alignment and compliance with standards.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met.
• Identify business development opportunities and foster relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare and present project proposals and updates to management and clients.
• Ensure all safety standards and regulatory requirements are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
  
  

Qualifications

• In possession of an ABET-accredited degree in Architectural Engineering with an emphasis on Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Proven experience in MEP project management, with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and their integration within construction projects.
• Business development experience, with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities.
• Familiarity with CAD and Revit software is a plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
