We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Lead specializing in Architecture and Interiors to oversee and manage our diverse range of projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in leading design initiatives and collaborating with teams to deliver innovative and functional architectural solutions in various sectors, including hospitality, commercial spaces, and sports complexes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage architectural projects from conception through to completion, ensuring quality and adherence to project timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, engineers, and construction managers to develop design concepts and construction documentation.
- Review and approve design drawings and documents to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure alignment and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and interns to foster professional growth and skill development within the team.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to contribute to innovative design solutions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD for architectural design and construction documentation.
- Experience with hospitality, commercial, and sports architecture, particularly in the design of sports complexes.
- Strong knowledge of AIA and NCARB regulations and standards in architecture.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
