What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Estimator - Heavy Civil Construction position at CyberCoders?
We are seeking a Project Estimator with at least 7 years experience, bidding and winning the following projects - and software knowledge:
Software Knowledge: HCSS / Heavybid is a must (min of 5 years) / Planswift / Bluebeam / AGEK are a plus but not mandatory
Project Sizes Range: $100K - $40M
Complete Site Infrastructure (Clearing and Demo, Sediment control, earthwork and grading, wet utilities, sewer, storm drain and water, stormwater management, fine grading, curb and gutter, asphalt paving)
Additional Projects:
- Infrastructure
- Commercial,
- Earthmoving
- Excavation
- Underground Utilities
- Infrastructure
- Culverts
- Manholes
- Mass Excavation
- Majority of Projects are self perform
